Contract for paid services on website development and maintenance. Version of 19 October 2026. Plans and payment are on the Payment and terms page.
1.1. This document is a public offer by Pozdniakova Elizaveta Georgievna, self-employed, payer of the professional income tax (NPD) of the Russian Federation, taxpayer ID (INN) 500909836290, Domodedovo (the “Contractor”), to enter into a contract for paid services on the terms below with any person who accepts this offer (the “Customer”).
1.2. The Contractor provides services under the Vladislove Studio brand (website vladislove-studio.com). The Contractor is not a VAT payer; prices are stated without VAT.
1.3. The offer is accepted by paying the Contractor’s invoice (Articles 435, 437 and 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). From the moment of payment the contract is concluded on the terms of this offer. No paper contract needs to be signed.
1.4. Correspondence between the Parties in messengers (Telegram, WhatsApp) and by e-mail is recognised as agreement on terms, the brief, deadlines and results of work.
2.1. The Contractor develops a website for the Customer and provides its technical maintenance on a subscription basis; the Customer pays for the services according to the chosen plan.
2.2. The brief, the list of pages and the launch date are agreed by the Parties in correspondence before work begins.
2.3. Work not included in the subscription is carried out by separate agreement and paid separately.
3.1. The subscription includes: website development, launch and design; language versions of the website; a CMS to manage the website content; a CRM for enquiries; hosting, SSL certificate and backups; professional SEO setup, indexing in Google and Yandex, analytics; technical support and changes of up to 24 hours of work per month.
3.2. The AI module is connected under the “AI module” plan for an additional fee.
3.3. Changes and improvements are made within up to 24 hours of work per month. Unused hours do not carry over to the next month. Work beyond this volume is paid separately by agreement.
3.4. The Contractor responds to the Customer’s requests during business hours on business days.
4.1. Plans (paid monthly): “Private agent” — 5,600 roubles per month; “Small agency” (website + CMS + CRM, launch included in the subscription) — 8,400 roubles per month; “Agency” — 14,100 roubles per month; “AI module” — plus 2,800 roubles per month to the chosen plan. The price of custom projects is agreed separately.
4.2. Services are paid in advance for the billing period. The billing period is one month, or several months when paid in advance.
4.3. Prices are stated in Russian roubles; euro amounts on the website are for reference only. Payment is made in roubles: customers from the Russian Federation pay using an invoice issued via the “Moy Nalog” app, international customers pay by bank card via Robokassa.
4.4. For each payment the Contractor issues a receipt in the “Moy Nalog” app and sends it to the Customer.
4.5. Work begins after the first payment. The first billing period starts on the start date agreed by the Parties in correspondence.
5.1. The minimum term of the contract is 3 months from the start date. After that the contract is extended for the next billing period when it is paid.
5.2. The cost of website development equals 3 monthly payments under the chosen plan and is included in the subscription when cooperation lasts 3 months or longer.
5.3. The Customer may cancel the contract by notifying the Contractor in writing no later than 1 month before the end of the current billing period.
5.4. If the Customer cancels before 3 months have passed since the start date, the Customer pays the development cost less the payments already made, as a service actually rendered.
5.5. If the Customer cancels before the start date, the prepayment is refunded less the cost of work actually performed (design and development are carried out before the start). After the start date, clause 5.4 applies; after the minimum term, paid billing periods (months) that have not yet begun are refunded.
5.6. Refunds are made by the same method as the payment within 10 business days after receiving a written request. Payments received via Robokassa are refunded to the same bank card. The Contractor cancels or corrects the receipt for the refunded amount in the “Moy Nalog” app.
6.1. If the next billing period is not paid, the Contractor may suspend the website 10 days after the period begins.
6.2. The Customer’s materials are kept for 30 days from the suspension of the website. After payment the website is restored. If no payment is received within 30 days of suspension, the Contractor may delete the website and materials.
7.1. The Customer’s materials (texts, photos, logos), enquiry data and the Customer’s domain belong to the Customer.
7.2. The design, code, CMS and CRM belong to the Contractor. The Customer uses them for the term of the contract. The website can be bought out by separate agreement.
7.3. The Contractor may show the Customer’s website in its portfolio.
7.4. The Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of property information on the website and its compliance with the laws of the countries where the properties are located.
8.1. The Contractor’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the current billing period.
8.2. The Contractor is not liable for failures of third-party services (hosting providers, domain registrars, messengers) or for force majeure.
9.1. The Parties do not disclose to third parties information received from each other under the contract, except as required by law.
9.2. The Contractor processes the Customer’s personal data in accordance with the privacy policy: vladislove-studio.com/privacy/.
10.1. Disputes are settled through negotiation and, failing agreement, in accordance with the law of the Russian Federation.
