We build websites, CMS, CRM, Telegram bots and AI modules for real estate agencies and realtors. Our main format is a website on a monthly subscription.

Prices are in Russian roubles (RUB), without VAT (the contractor is not a VAT payer). Euro amounts are for reference only.
What the subscription includes
website development, launch and design;
language versions of the website;
a CMS to manage the website content;
a CRM for enquiries;
hosting, SSL certificate and backups;
professional SEO setup, indexing in Google and Yandex, analytics;
technical support and changes of up to 24 hours of work per month.
The AI module is added for an extra fee under the “AI module” plan. Work outside the subscription is agreed separately.
How to pay
We agree on the task, the plan and the start date in correspondence (Telegram, WhatsApp or e-mail).
Payment is made in advance for the billing period: one month or several months ahead.
International customers pay by bank card via Robokassa using the payment link we send. Customers from Russia pay using an invoice from the “Moy Nalog” app. All payments are made in roubles.
For each payment we issue a receipt in “Moy Nalog” and send it to you.
Paying the invoice means you accept the terms of the public offer. Work begins after the first payment.
Service timing
Work begins after the first payment. The billing period runs from the start date agreed in correspondence. The page list and launch timing are also agreed in correspondence. Maintenance is provided for the whole paid period. Changes — up to 24 hours of work per month. We reply during business hours on business days.
Services are provided remotely: the result is a working website and access to the CMS and CRM. There is no physical delivery.
Cancellation and refunds
The minimum term is 3 months from the start date. Development costs 3 monthly payments and is included in the subscription when cooperation lasts 3 months or longer.
You can cancel in writing no later than 1 month before the end of the current billing period.
Development cost rule: if you cancel after the start date but before 3 months, you pay the development cost less the payments already made, as a service actually rendered.
If you cancel before the start date, the prepayment is refunded less the cost of work actually performed (design and development are carried out before the start). After the start date, the development cost rule applies; after the minimum term, paid months that have not yet begun are refunded.
Refunds are made by the same method as the payment within 10 business days after a written request. Payments via Robokassa are refunded to the same card, and the “Moy Nalog” receipt is cancelled.
If the next period is not paid, the website is suspended 10 days after it begins; materials are kept for 30 days after suspension.
