The task
Show a small coffee shop how to move away from paper stamp cards that get lost and faked. A guest registers with a phone number in a few seconds and gets a QR code on their phone, the barista scans it with a work phone, and the owner sees who comes and how often and manages staff access.
What we did
Guest QR
Sign-up with a phone number on the website — and a QR code with progress to the reward always on the phone.
Barista till
Scan the QR, add N stamps per order and undo a wrong stamp in one step.
Guest base
A list of guests with progress, rewards and search — regulars and those who haven’t been in for a while.
Statistics
Visits, stamps and rewards by day — the owner sees how the programme performs.
Staff and roles
Baristas and admins with PIN codes and different rights — the till does not open the settings.
Website for guests
A programme page: how it works and a “Try it” button — sign-up right from the phone.
Screens
Desktop 1440 and phone 390 · demo data
