The task
Show an agency what its website could be if you think of it as an app: most clients open the link on a phone, so the essentials sit under the thumb, and a property can be not only viewed but listened to. The home page follows the agency’s real website block by block.
What we did
App-like navigation
A bottom bar on the phone, large tap targets and smooth transitions between sections.
AI consultant
Finding a property as a conversation right on the home page — instead of a long form.
Read-aloud property
A “Tell me about this property” button reads the card aloud — handy when looking is inconvenient.
Filtered catalogue
Buying and renting, “Hot” and “New” categories, apartments, villas and commercial, property search.
Yield calculator
Rental rate, value growth, costs and tax — net per month and the total over several years.
Animations
Soft reveal of blocks on scroll, switched off for people who ask for less motion.
